Quality Assurance is a set of activities to ensure quality in the processes by which products are developed.
Quality Control is a set of activities for ensuring quality in products. The activities focus on identifying defects in the product produced.
Our Operations Manager, together with our Fabrication & Site Managers, ensure we have the correct systems and tools in place to assure quality in our processes. Once this has been established, our Quality Control staff check to ensure that all processes have been followed during production and that the final product meets all requirements i.e. measurements, materials, welds, etc before being dispatched to the customer.
